Kirk joined Parallel Employment Group in 1993 as an Account Executive, and was promoted to President in 2019. In his role as President, Kirk is charged with driving operational excellence across the company, by coordinating and managing the needs of the organization, and generating increased revenue by identifying staffing and employment trends.
As Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration, Renee Devine is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions. Renee provides strategic leadership for the business and finance functions, as well as for the management of financial and capital resources. She also oversees and manages all Human Resources and IT activities. Her career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.
Clay Pautz joined Parallel Employment Group in 2005 as an Account Manager, promoted to Sales Executive in 2006, Branch Manager in 2009, Director of Sales and Marketing in 2013 and Vice President of Sales in 2016. Clay directs new business development and marketing for Parallel. Clay is committed to developing quality service programs and workforce solutions and delivering fully-integrated sales and service plans.
Kandi Rudsinski joined Parallel Employment Group in 2003 as an Assistant Branch Manager, promoted to Branch Manager in 2005, Director of Service Development in 2013 and Vice President of Operations in 2015. Kandi manages day-to-day operations including, hiring, development, evaluation, recruiting and service. Kandi is focused on having her teams deliver the best service possible to clients.
