Parallel Webcenter is a customizable, interactive software program designed to manage orders and billing across multiple vendors. It provides consolidated up-to-the-minute reports, seamlessly synching with multiple timekeeping systems, and delivers a single invoice option, customizable by any parameters per our clients’ request.
Parallel Webcenter gives our customers control of their staffing with the click of a mouse. We design each customer’s WebCenter interface to optimize the staffing experience. Clients have the choice of countless stock reports from spend information, to fill ratio and turnover. If a desired report does not exist, our IS team will create a custom report to meet your specifications.
Parallel Webcenter also allows for daily activity interface including, online ordering, status order review, payroll portal, invoice and payment options and direct messaging with our staff.
