Parallel WebCenter is a customizable, interactive software program designed to manage orders and billing across multiple vendors. It provides consolidated up-to-the-minute reports, seamless syncing with multiple timekeeping systems, and delivers a single invoice option, which can be customized per our clients’ request.
Parallel WebCenter gives our customers control of their staffing with the click of a mouse. We design each customer’s WebCenter interface to optimize the staffing experience. Client report options range from spend information, to fill ratio and turnover. If a desired report does not exist, our IS team will create a custom report to meet your specifications.
Parallel WebCenter also allows for daily activity interface including online ordering, order review and status, payroll portal, invoice and payment options, and direct messaging with our staff.
For our employees, Parallel WebCenter provides access and communication that is unmatched in the staffing and employment industry. WebCenter allows employees to manage personal information, view assignments, browse our current open positions, to ‘check in’ as available for work, and to receive messages from their recruiter.
Parallel WebCenter also allows for access of employment documents such as employment policies, industry testing and evaluations, and pre-employment screening. Employees may also elect to receive notifications from Parallel WebCenter regarding approval or rejection of time cards and available jobs.
