Step 1

Refer your friends

See a job posting that your friend would like? Refer them to the position and you could get paid! Keep in mind, if your friend is already in Parallel Employment’s database and has had contact within the last 60 days, no bonus will be paid.

Step 2

Fill out the form below

After you’ve referred your friend, fill out the form below. Be sure to include their full name so we know exactly who you referred. Candidate referral must be placed on assignment within three months of the initial referral notification.

Step 3

Get paid

You will qualify for the bonus once your referral has been interviewed and placed. All referral bonus payments will be paid after the referred employee reaches 320 work hours.

Program Rules:

  1. In order to qualify for the bonus the employee referring an individual must be currently placed on assignment through Parallel Employment Group or hired on by client company within the last six months.

  2. To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referral must first be submitted to a Parallel Employment Representative and must include a Candidate Referral Form.

  3. All referral bonus payments will be paid within 15 days following the referred employee reaching 320 work hours. 320 work hours must be reached within 90 calendar days of the referred employee’s first day.

  4. Candidate referral must be placed on assignment by Parallel Employment within three months of initial referral notification.

  5. If a candidate is already in Parallel Employment’s database & has had contact within the last 60 days, no bonus will be paid.

  6. Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources.
