We are looking for talented people who are passionate about candy.
Machine Operator
$17-18.00/hr. (shifts may vary)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Safely and accurately adjust and set up equipment based on scheduled production runs in accordance with setup techniques.
- Keep up with general line production goals and quality requirements.
- Perform constant visual checks to ensure all our products meet internal and customer expectations.
- Provide recommendations when necessary for optimizing equipment and machinery usage.
Qualifications:
- Prior machine operator experience strongly preferred but will consider training the right individuals.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment or similar industry preferred.

- Boxing and labeling product.
- Hanging and tying product.
- Feeding product into machine and bagging products on the conveyors.
Qualifications:

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and packaging information
- Ability to show up to work regularly and on time
Production
$14.00/hr. (1st shift)
$14.75/hr. (2nd shift)
Plus, bonuses up to $130 weekly
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspecting products for visual quality issues.
- Re-tying loose ends of produce.
- Loading finished sausage strands onto the racks to be sent to the smokehouse.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to safety & quality
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and packaging information
- Ability to show up to work regularly and on time
- Ability to work in 35º – 48º F
