Team Lead


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Completing production paperwork

  • Setting up production line daily before shift starts

  • Making sure production rates and quality are met, training new employees on the line

  • Making sure work area is maintained clean and organized

  • Will also be assisting on production line as needed and other duties assigned by client

  • Standing for 8hrs

  • Be bending, twisting, turning, reaching & pulling, lifting up to 50lbs on a constant basis.



Material HandLer


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform high productivity of picking, counting and labeling

  • Transport of product to designated/assigned areas

  • Accurately apply labels to correct product

  • Maintain a team concept of safe working environment


Maintenance Technician


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical skills: car mechanics can sometimes relate to the machines here

  • Using packaging machines (Aergo, Blister, Heat Machine, Radio Frequency Machines)

  • Building and equipment maintenance

  • **2 years experience is necessary

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. Bending, Twisting,

  • Use of Electric Hand Tools


Machine Operator


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Read Blueprints

  • Using Calipers/Micrometers (Experience Preferred)

  • Maintaining material supplies to machines

  • Start up and shut down of equipment

  • Perform quality checks as needed

  • Must have previous Machine Operator experience




Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in managing RF queue for the most efficient productivity

  • Achieve daily picking demands

  • Ensure pick waves are in priority pick sequence for Small Pack and LTL orders

  • Pick load planning for displays shipments

  • Create Help Tickets under Supervisor guidance

  • Validate and proof all labels and packing slips and or TO labels before picking

  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to operate Forklift and walkee rider


Warehouse Clerk


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General clerical functions such as updating reports, data entry, filing, entering customer receipts and printing transfer orders

  • Creating and confirming transfer orders in SAP

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for clients as required

  • Maintain open communication with all clients, Account Managers, Operations Management and warehouse employees

  • Research receipt discrepancies



Forklift Operator


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Unloading of trailers

  • Transport of product to designated/assigned areas

  • Cycle count customer locations as required

  • Maintain a team concept of safe working environment


Line Lead


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organize production orders and designate work assignments

  • Perform production confirmation and product transfers to distribution

  • Responsible for running auto and manual packaging lines

  • Trouble shoot packaging lines and system problems


Distribution Supervisor


Overall Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of picking and shipping tasks along with – UPS, DHL, FEDEX

  • Supervise and Manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Ship operation

  • Work with all departments to ensure on-time completion and quality

  • Communicate with the control tower to stay up to date

  • Monitor and adhere to customer requests

  • Update and maintain Kronos and Metrics in excel, as it relates to WMS reporting

  • 3 years in a SAP and/or WMS environment – 2 years experience with inventory research
